NAAUSA Event: Understanding AUSA Pay

Please join us on March 30, 2023 at 1 pm Eastern for a live webinar, "Understanding AUSA Pay." Our presenters will explain the features of the Administratively Determined (AD) pay plan.

Unlike the majority of Federal employees, AUSAs are not compensated on the General Schedule (GS). This program will detail how AUSAs have been systematically undercompensated for decades and what we can do about it. In addition, you will learn how to check your salary against the relevant pay grade and determine whether you are at the bottom, middle, or top of your pay band.

We will host a Q&A session at the end of the program to answer your questions about AUSA pay.

Space is limited so be sure to register!
