Founded two months after 9/11, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) turned 15 years old this month. 

Before the TSA, passenger screening in U.S. airports was the responsibility of private companies. In this video, VICE News reporter, Josh Hersh, meets the man whose firm was at the gates for the most catastrophic security breach in history.
