National Police Week - Appreciation & Support

As we acknowledge, remember and honor our fallen officers during National Police Week, we must also remember the loss and hardships faced by their families left behind.  Please take some time to consider involvement or a contribution to the FLEOA Foundation.  The FLEOA Foundation was created to financially assist FLEOA members and their families in times of need.  Over the years the FLEOA Foundation has awarded hundreds of scholarships and thousands of dollars to federal, state and local law enforcement officers and their families.

FLEOA delivers emergency financial support to law enforcement officers in need.  Whether it’s a line of duty death, health or fiscal issue, the Foundation responds and delivers help to those in need including scholarship awards to children of the fallen.   The FLEOA Foundation has maintained a 10% administrative budget during the last 16 years and is operated 100% by volunteers and has no paid staff.

Your contribution matters to the FLEOA Foundation.  If a monetary donation isn’t possible, auction and raffle donations to help with fundraisers throughout the year are also greatly appreciated.  You might also consider a contribution to the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund which built and maintains the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial to honor law enforcement officers killed in the line of duty.

We understand the sacrifices that you and your family make, and we sincerely appreciate the contributions you make each and every day.  Thank you.
