Preview the Ride & Run to Remember, and Examine the Rise of Officer Assaults

Tune in this week to hear from the national president of Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA), as well as an update about the annual Ride and Run to Remember from the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund (NLEOMF).

Host Julie Perkins of Shaw Bransford & Roth, P.C. will be joined in-studio by Jon Adler, National President of FLEOA, who will discuss stats reflecting the rise of assaults and attacks on law enforcement (including ambushes), intel from FBI Bulletins on ISIL instructions to attack law enforcement officers, and the need to provide enhanced legal protections for all law enforcement officers.

Steve Groeninger, spokesperson for NLEOMF will also join Ms. Perkins and Mr. Adler to give you an insider’s look at the upcoming Ride and Run to Remember, a running and cycling race in Washington, DC on October 10th and 11th to benefit the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund.
