Association of Certified Background Investigators Conference

The Association of Certified Background Investigators is preparing for the 2019 Earl D. Gould Memorial ACBI Conference. The event will feature a keynote speech and question and answer period with Christy Wilder, Deputy Director of the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and Director of the National Background Investigations Bureau (NBIB).

Agency leaders from the DHS Office of the Chief Security Officer, Defense Vetting Directorate, Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals, and USAID Personnel Security Division will be speaking among other leaders in the field.

The conference takes place on Wednesday, November 13 and Thursday, November 14 with a FBI-BICS Refresher for members cleared on contract on Friday, November 15.

Conference attendees are encouraged to bring their resumes for recruitment opportunities.

Who: The Association of Certified Background Investigators, Inc. is a national, professional organization comprised of contract investigators who conduct national security background investigations for federal agencies of the United States Government, domestic and TDY overseas.
